Terms & Conditions – oakbet Philippines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the oakbet platform (available at oakbet.co and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains, collectively the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the oakbet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions that are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the oakbet Platform and, if registered, close your account. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oakbet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the oakbet Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of account use:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR's mandatory age restrictions for online gaming in the Philippines. oakbet strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by any person under this age threshold.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as Players on the Platform.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of oakbet, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or gaming software providers whose products are offered on the Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

oakbet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Submission of false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming on oakbet, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You represent and warrant that all information submitted during registration and subsequently is truthful and accurate.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, oakbet is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to provide any documentation requested by oakbet for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilSys, Passport, Driver's License, PRC ID, Voter's ID, or similar)
• A recent selfie photograph (which may be required to match with the submitted ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership where amounts transacted exceed applicable thresholds

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify oakbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You acknowledge that oakbet may take any action it deems appropriate upon receiving such notification, including temporarily suspending your account pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your oakbet account must be made using payment methods approved by oakbet, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other methods listed on the Platform at any given time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a higher minimum applies to a specific payment method.

Deposits are credited to your gaming balance upon confirmed receipt by oakbet's payment processor. oakbet is not liable for delays in deposit processing caused by third-party payment providers, including telecoms infrastructure affecting GCash or Maya services.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, subject to the limits of the payment method. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. oakbet reserves the right to process withdrawal requests within up to 5 business days, though standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed significantly faster.

oakbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of AML checks, document verification, or in cases where suspicious transaction patterns are detected, without prejudice to its PAGCOR reporting obligations.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the oakbet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). oakbet does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are borne by the Player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

oakbet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual offer:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• oakbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds that have been awarded in error or in circumstances where the Company suspects bonus abuse.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time per Player account unless otherwise stated. Players who have an active bonus wagering requirement may not be eligible to claim a new bonus until the existing wagering requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• Certain game types (e.g., Baccarat Tie bets, certain progressive jackpots) may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements — specific exclusions are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued for recreational gaming purposes only and have no cash equivalent prior to meeting applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oakbet Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting any other person to do so
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
• Colluding with other players in any game where such collusion provides an unfair advantage
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or other automated means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform software (any such exploitation must be reported to oakbet immediately)
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime in connection with the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform software
• Using the Platform in any manner that disrupts, damages, or impairs its normal operation
• Registering if you are a self-excluded player under any PAGCOR-administered self-exclusion program

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the oakbet Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, design elements, software, graphics, text, and compilation thereof — is the proprietary property of oakbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. No rights are granted to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any oakbet content without prior written authorization from the Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:

• oakbet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• oakbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• oakbet's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you into your oakbet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• oakbet is not liable for any loss or damage caused by telecommunications or internet service failures, outages, or interruptions affecting your access to the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

oakbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines and the Company's own Responsible Gaming Policy. All registered Players have access to the following tools within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined duration of continuous play
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform; oakbet will also notify PAGCOR as required

10. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

10.1 Suspension by oakbet

oakbet may suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably suspects or determines: violation of these Terms; suspicious financial activity; unresolved KYC documentation; account security concerns; or a direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your oakbet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining balance (net of bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding AML or verification checks.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately terminate. oakbet retains the right to retain personal data for such periods as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, including AML record-keeping obligations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be submitted first to oakbet's internal disputes resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through oakbet's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR through its established player complaints mechanism. Where PAGCOR's process does not apply or is exhausted, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this clause shall prevent oakbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
